Greg Lanham serves as President, CEO and Director for both Sand Revolution and Fevid Transport. During his tenure beginning in July 2018, Sand Revolution has become a leading provider of turnkey last mile logistics for the completion industry.
Greg has more than 29 years of operating and investing experience in the oil and gas industry. From
January 2017 until August 2018, Greg was the CEO and director of Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure (SOI:NYSE) and led the IPO on the NYSE in April 2017. Prior to that, Greg was CEO and Director of FTS International, then the largest private oil field service company in North America. He was the global head of energy investments at Temasek Holdings, an investment holding company with $250 billion assets under management, where he led investments in E&P, midstream, downstream and oilfield services. Prior to that, Mr. Lanham spent 20 years with Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in various leadership roles.
In 2015, he was selected as the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® in the Energy category.
Greg serves on the Board of Directors of Sand Revolution, Stallion Oilfield Services, Frank Henry Equipment, and was also a former director of Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, CONSOL Energy Inc., Venari Resources, and FTS International, amongst others.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Oklahoma and completed advanced management training at Harvard Business School in 2008.
Bashaar Basheer brings over 14 years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong background in managing and overseeing complex IT systems, including computer networks, security, hardware, software, and applications. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and earned her master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance in 2021.
Bashaar joined Sand Revolution in January 2022 as an IT Manager and became the IT Director for both Sand Revolution and FEVID Transport in early 2024. In her role, she excels in communicating and coordinating with other managers and departments, working closely with the executive team to ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
Sayuri joined the company as the Executive Assistant to the CEO in October 2022. She is responsible for managing calendars, travel arrangements, correspondence and reports. Coordinating and facilitating meetings, events, and presentations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization. Sayuri graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science and has a Master's Degree in Biotechnology with an internship at the Cellular Characterization and Biorepository Core Facility at the University of Texas at El Paso.
Vanessa joined Sand Revolution in 2019 and currently serves as the HR Manager for both Sand Revolution and FEVID Transport.
Vanessa has more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources. She began her career with the Ector County Courthouse Administration HR Department in 1998. In 2003 Vanessa relocated to the DFW area where she worked for the City of Irving as an HR Benefits Specialists. From 2009-2014 she then held an HR Generalist position at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.
Vanessa strives to continually improve individual and organizational effectiveness. Valuing, Encouraging, and Supporting a Diverse Workforce.
Steve joined Sand Revolution as General Manager in 2018. He was named Chief Operating Officer in 2020. In his current role, Steve oversees operations for Sand Revolution in multiple shale plays in the US.
Steve has more than 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning his career with BJ Services in 1996. During his tenure with multiple Service Companies, he has held roles in Operations, Technical Support, Sales, and Management. From 2011 to 2017, he served as Completions Superintendent for Concho Resources.
Mr. Villanueva leads the Sand Revolution team’s mission to provide the safest, most cost-effective, and efficient Last Mile Solution in the industry.
Daniela is a professional with over 8 years of experience in the customer service and management industry. Providing excellent service to others has always been an essential part of a day's work for Daniela.
This role has allowed Daniela to use her management skills to ensure efficient operations in a busy office environment. She says she regularly finds herself drawing on her entrepreneurial skills, management education and planning to deliver day to day office management operations.
Daniela graduated as Valedictorian of her class with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, granting her a scholarship to obtain her Master's degree in Business Administration.
Karen Rodriguez is the Fleet and Driver Resource Manager for Fevid Transport.
Karen has responsibility for the fleet of Company drivers and ensures the optimization of company assets in accordance with safety and legal regulations. She joined the Company in 2018 and has held positions of increasing responsibility since her arrival. Karen was promoted to her current position in 2022.
In 2022, Karen was named the Fevid Employee of the Year during our annual awards ceremony.
Leonard Gutierrez serves as CFO of Sand Revolution. Prior to joining Sand Revolution, Leonard was controller for Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure. Leonard started his career in public accounting as an auditor for KPMG, LLP, and has over 20 years of experience in various industries, including construction, retail power, family office/investments and oilfield services.
Leonard graduated from the University of Houston with a double major in Finance and Accounting, and has been a Texas CPA for 18 years.
Edward brings 30 years of experience in oil & gas operations to our company.
He has worked in various roles and locations throughout his career. His experience includes Wellsite Consultant in West Texas - South Texas, Drilling Rig Superintendent for Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia, and various supervisor roles in the Gulf of Mexico & Qatar.
Edward also brings strong safety experience and safety commitment to our company.
Aimee Villarreal is the Director of Supply Chain Management for Sand Revolution and has been with the company since 2019.
Aimee is responsible for purchasing and inventory across all branches and companies as well as managing the fuel and housing departments. She also plays a key role in the company’s procurement relations, by continually being conversant in Sand Revolution’s logistical needs.
Prior to joining Sand Revolution, Aimee was an inventory auditor for HEB Warehouse, where she gained experience in inventory management. Eventually she moved to Propetro Services where she was a key lead inventory specialist and then became an Application Developer and was responsible for guiding the company towards an internal inventory management application.
Aimee earned an Associates in Application Development and Business Administration from Austin Community College as well as a Bachelor in Applied Technology in Operational Management from Midland College.
