CDL Drivers

Summary Description

We are seeking CDL Drivers (SAND HAULERS) to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). With our competitive pay you can make up to $3,000 a week! We offer full benefits and flexible schedules!

Schedules:

14 Days On/ 7 Days Off

21 Days On/ 7 Days Of

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
  • Properly track and document activity log
  • Safely deliver sand to frac locations
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Inspect truck before and after trip
  • Follow DOT Regulations

Qualifications

  • 1-year CDL driving experience with Class A
  • Must be a minimum of 22 years old
  • Must be qualified to operate Manual Transmission
  • Knowledge of HOS (Hours of Service)
  • Knowledge of ELD (Electronic Logging Device)
  • Qualifying MVR
  • Current D.O.T Physical
  • Strong work ethic
  • All Drivers must pass an in-house driving test and a pre-employment drug test
 

Crew Transport Driver

Summary Description

As Crew Transport Driver you will be responsible for transporting crew members from the designated Man Camps to various job locations throughout the Permian Basin / West Texas area. On-time performance and great customer service are crucial with safety always being the top priority. Trip length and times vary depending on customer needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pick up and drop off crew members safely to their destinations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate in a timely manner with the Operations Team on trip requests.
  • Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items found to supervisor.
  • Promote and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Keep Transport Vehicle Clean
  • Ensure that Transport Vehicle is fueled up prior to leaving the man camp/location with Crew Members.
  • Report any issues with Crew Members to Operations Manager
  • Must be fully clothed with FR gear, H2S monitor, safety boots while on location in case of emergency. Must have Safety Glasses and Hard Hats as well.

Qualifications

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, CDL is not required.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Must have a qualifying Motor Vehicle Report (no more than 2 violations in the past 3 years - includes traffic violations/accidents etc.)
  • Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
 

CNG Mechanic

Summary Description

Help manage a smooth transition of a major fleet from diesel to CNG dual fuel vehicles. Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting while helping other technicians learn the processes and technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Install new CNG technology on existing diesel vehicles
  • Assist with/train others to perform preventative maintenance (PMs), Safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections on CNG / diesel dual fuel vehicles
  • Diagnose and quickly solve problems pertaining to the CNG technology on the vehicles while training customers mechanics to do the same
  • Work with the in-house diesel mechanics to create a streamlined, easy transition to new fuel technology on vehicles

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required
  • CSA FSI certification
  • NFPA 52 studied and trained
  • At least 1 year of automotive, diesel, or alternative fuel maintenance & repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education & experience
  • Mechanic's tool set
  • ASE certification preferred
 

Field Mechanic

Summary Description

Sand Revolution is hiring Field Mechanics to be responsible for all maintenance on our fleet vehicles and heavy equipment in the field and will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. Schedule:

Rotating days/nights, 14 days on / 7 days off, 12 hours shifts

Primary Job Duties and Responsiblities, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct all assigned tasks in the best SAFETY manner.
  • Inspecting Conveyors, Bases, Silos, and other equipment for proper performance.
  • Diagnose faults on equipment and electrical systems using computerized equipment.
  • Adjusting equipment, replacing faulty parts, and repairing damaged equipment parts.
  • Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on equipment and major repair work when necessary.
  • Provide proper information to maintenance coordinators on parts, and supplies needed for task.
  • Provide before and after photos on repair conducted on equipment
  • Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to management.
  • Inspect and approve completed repairs.
  • Perform all dutines in complieance with Customer & Company policies, procedures, and applicable DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
  • Review, record and retain proper maintenance records

Key competencies and Requirements:

 
  • High believer in SAFETY culture.
  • Valid Driver License with clean driving records and High school diploma or GED.
  • Understanding of computer testing technologies (Preferable) and Hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to lift 75lbs., work 12-hour shifts and approved over time as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with groups of people and independently
  • Ability to supervise and maintain multiple pieces of equipment and maintenance records.
  • Must read, write, and speak English. Bilingual is a plus.

Equipment Operator

Summary Description

The Equipment Operator position consists of all job requirements involving the operation of a sand fleet to include the conveyor system and silo and the loading and unloading of the Sand Haul Trucks.  The position requires the hands-on operation of all sand fleet equipment, developing a familiarity with the bulk sand truck and the administration of sand fleet reporting functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Comply with all company safety rules and performs all duties in a safe and approved manner.
  • Comply with all known local, state, and federal laws and Regulations.
  • Unload bulk sand trucks efficiently and correctly providing legal weighs and proper product for current site standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all sand fleet equipment.
  • Refer to the site supervisor on all customer complaints.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.
  • Responsible for unloading bulk sand trucks, transferring of product into proper silos, sampling and testing of products received.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.

Qualifications

  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of the safe and proper operation of all sand fleet equipment, which includes but is not limited to mobile conveyors, yard transportation and silos.
  • Ability to stand for a long period, sitting, bending, twisting, and climbing
  • Ability to work at heights, in enclosed or confined spaces, near water, work around moving equipment and machinery and physically able to lift p to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear respirator and other required PPE.
  • Must be courteous, professional, safe, and exhibit a professional attitude at all times while working with customers, fellow employees and the general public
 

Diesel Mechanic

Duties & Responsibilities

Sand Revolution is currently looking for experienced Diesel Mechanics for our day & night shifts to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards. They will also run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. Midland Shop

Scheduled Day Shift - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Scheduled Night Shift - 7:00 pm to 7:00 am 

Kermit Shop

Scheduled Shift - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

  • Perform minor and major repairs on trucks and trailers
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on freightliners, service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation, and oil changes
  • Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shop
  • Collaborate with repair team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs
  • Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks
  • Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on the vehicle

Qualifications

  • 4 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic
  • Excellent reading and writing skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • ASE Diesel Certification an asset
  • Bilingual a plus
