CDL Drivers

Summary Description

We are seeking CDL Drivers (SAND HAULERS) to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). With our competitive pay you can make up to $3,000 a week! We offer full benefits and flexible schedules!

Schedule:

  • 14 Days On/ 7 Days Off
  • 21 Days On/ 7 Days Off

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
  • Properly track and document activity log
  • Safely deliver sand to frac locations
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Inspect truck before and after trip
  • Follow DOT Regulations

Qualifications

  • 1-year CDL driving experience with Class A
  • Must be a minimum of 22 years old
  • Must be qualified to operate Manual Transmission

DOT Compliance Inspector

Summary Description

Sand Revolution/FEVID Transport is now hiring a DOT Compliance Inspector! We are looking for motivated professionals with prior DOT experience to join our team!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform CMV inspections in multiple locations (yard and job sites)
  • Ensure commercial vehicles meet safety compliance regulations
  • Prepare written reports with documented violations and forward to respective maintenance and supervisory personnel
  • Follow through on performed CMV inspections and make sure violations are being repaired
  • Perform write-ups on employees with DOT violations and gather supporting evidence
  • Train new employees on how to perform proper Pre/Pos Trip Inspections
  • Train new employees on Hours of Service and ELD requirements and functionality
  • Respond to CMV accidents to perform Post Accident CMV Inspections and document all gathered evidence
  • Perform other DOT duties assigned by DOT Manager

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience

Wash Attendants

Summary Description

The Heavy Equipment Washers will be responsible for our equipment and will carry out cleaning and general washing duties. The primary goal of the Wash Attendants is to keep our equipment, such as our silos, trucks, and trailers, in a clean and orderly condition.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean, stock and supply designated trucks, trailers, silos, and other various heavy equipment (power washing, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and general cleaning etc)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks, power washing, and other various special projects as needed
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs with approval

Parts Runner

Summary Description

Sand Revolution is looking for 2 Parts Runner to join our team.
Schedule:

  • 2 weeks on and 4 days off.
  • 12-14 hours per day.
  • 1 Day Shift
  • 1 Night Shift

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver merchandise to/from customers and vendors.
  • Assist shipping and receiving by checking and stocking parts and assisting with inventory counts
  • Keep vehicle clean and presentable and conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operations
  • Present a professional and dependable image for the Sand Revolution Team
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience by sharing customer insights and/or feedback with the Outside Parts Salesperson and the Parts Manager
  • Strengthen customer relationships with prompt and courteous service through parts and driving related experience
  • Maintain an active and valid driver's license and clean driving record while following all safety protocols and best practices required by law and company policy

Qualifications

  • Basic tool knowledge
  • Familiarity with a variety of tools and tool maintenance
  • Capable of performing basic math and inventory skills

CNG Mechanic

Summary Description

Help manage a smooth transition of a major fleet from diesel to CNG dual fuel vehicles. Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting while helping other technicians learn the processes and technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Install new CNG technology on existing diesel vehicles
  • Assist with/train others to perform preventative maintenance (PMs), Safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections on CNG / diesel dual fuel vehicles
  • Diagnose and quickly solve problems pertaining to the CNG technology on the vehicles while training customers mechanics to do the same
  • Work with the in-house diesel mechanics to create a streamlined, easy transition to new fuel technology on vehicles

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required
  • CSA FSI certification
  • NFPA 52 studied and trained
  • At least 1 year of automotive, diesel, or alternative fuel maintenance & repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education & experience
  • Mechanic's tool set
  • ASE certification preferred
 

Field & Shop Mechanic

Summary Description

The Shop and Field Mechanics will be responsible for all maintenance on our fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, in the shop and out in the field at various locations, and will report to the VP of Operations over the shop and field.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct all assigned tasks in the best SAFETY manner.
  • Driving to the job site.
  • Inspecting Conveyors, Bases, Silos, and other equipment for proper performance.
  • Diagnose faults on equipment and electrical systems using computerized equipment.
  • Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts.
  • Repairing damaged equipment parts.
  • Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on equipment.
  • Cleaning and servicing assigned equipment.
  • Performing major repair work when necessary.
  • Consulting with other mechanics on smaller jobs.
  • Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to management.
  • Inspect and approve completed repairs.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with Customer & Company policies, procedures and applicable DOT regulations.
  • Review, record and retain proper maintenance records

Qualifications

 
  • High believer in SAFETY culture.

Equipment Operator

Summary Description

The Equipment Operator position consists of all job requirements involving the operation of a sand fleet to include the conveyor system and silo and the loading and unloading of the Sand Haul Trucks.  The position requires the hands-on operation of all sand fleet equipment, developing a familiarity with the bulk sand truck and the administration of sand fleet reporting functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Comply with all company safety rules and performs all duties in a safe and approved manner.
  • Comply with all known local, state, and federal laws and Regulations.
  • Unload bulk sand trucks efficiently and correctly providing legal weighs and proper product for current site standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all sand fleet equipment.
  • Refer to the site supervisor on all customer complaints.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.
  • Responsible for unloading bulk sand trucks, transferring of product into proper silos, sampling and testing of products received.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.

Qualifications

  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of the safe and proper operation of all sand fleet equipment, which includes but is not limited to mobile conveyors, yard transportation and silos.
  • Ability to stand for a long period, sitting, bending, twisting, and climbing
  • Ability to work at heights, in enclosed or confined spaces, near water, work around moving equipment and machinery and physically able to lift p to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear respirator and other required PPE.
  • Must be courteous, professional, safe, and exhibit a professional attitude at all times while working with customers, fellow employees and the general public
 

Diesel Mechanic

Sand Revolution is currently looking for experienced Diesel Mechanics for our day & night shifts to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards. They will also run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. Midland Shop

Scheduled Day Shift - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Scheduled Night Shift - 7:00 pm to 7:00 am 

Kermit Shop

Scheduled Shift - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

  • Perform minor and major repairs on trucks and trailers
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on freightliners, service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation, and oil changes
  • Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shop
  • Collaborate with repair team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs
  • Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks
  • Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on the vehicle

Qualifications

  • 4 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic
  • Excellent reading and writing skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • ASE Diesel Certification an asset
