CDL Drivers

Summary Description

We are seeking CDL Drivers (SAND HAULERS) to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). With our competitive pay you can make up to $3,000 a week! We offer full benefits and flexible schedules!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
  • Properly track and document activity log
  • Safely deliver sand to frac locations
  • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
  • Inspect truck before and after trip
  • Follow DOT Regulations


  • 1-year CDL driving experience with Class A
  • Must be a minimum of 22 years old
  • Must be qualified to operate Manual Transmission
  • Knowledge of HOS (Hours of Service)
  • Knowledge of ELD (Electronic Logging Device)
  • Qualifying MVR

HSE Trainer

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop personnel's awareness and ensure HSE policies and standards are an integral part of their responsibilities and objectives.
  • Drive a proactive, best-in-class HSE culture and performance by developing strategies to address key HSE risks, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, and enhance personal safety, driving, and environmental performance.
  • Act as a liaising with local contractors and agencies regarding HSE and assessing local risks.
  • Work closely with Operations and the Senior Leadership teams, to drive the implementation of industry leading HSE tools, programs, and initiatives, and establish action plans to achieve HSE objectives and targets.
  • Lead investigations of HSE-related and driving incidents (including near misses) to identify root cause(s) and implementation of effective corrective/preventive actions.
  • Generate local HSE procedures, work instructions and checklists.
  • Prepare and monitor HSE plans that define how the HSE system is implemented for multiple locations
  • Monitoring compliance to policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure regular risk assessments and routine audits are conducted to assess and identify HSE or transportation safety risks and recommend appropriate controls or measures. Support Operations teams, including travelling to multiple locations and field sites, on the implementation of HSE processes and plans for sites.
  • Lead & oversee the development, review, implementation, and overall governance of the Sand Revolution HSE Management System, including policies, procedures, training, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate and participate in screening and HSE training of personnel, including contractors.
  • Keep abreast of new documentation and training material related to HSE and inform employees accordingly.
  • Support the Third-Party Carrier Manager and Logistics Team in the assessment, auditing and monitoring of third-party carriers transporting Sand Revolution equipment.
  • Ensure that HSE documentation is updated and available onsite.
  • Maintain a high level of HSE awareness among personnel through communication, training, and promoting involvement in HSE programs.
  • Recommend improvements to the HSE program.

CNG Mechanic

Summary Description

Help manage a smooth transition of a major fleet from diesel to CNG dual fuel vehicles. Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting while helping other technicians learn the processes and technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Install new CNG technology on existing diesel vehicles
  • Assist with/train others to perform preventative maintenance (PMs), Safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections on CNG / diesel dual fuel vehicles
  • Diagnose and quickly solve problems pertaining to the CNG technology on the vehicles while training customers mechanics to do the same
  • Work with the in-house diesel mechanics to create a streamlined, easy transition to new fuel technology on vehicles


  • Valid driver's license required
  • CSA FSI certification
  • NFPA 52 studied and trained
  • At least 1 year of automotive, diesel, or alternative fuel maintenance & repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education & experience
  • Mechanic's tool set
  • ASE certification preferred

Field & Shop Mechanic

Summary Description

The Shop and Field Mechanics will be responsible for all maintenance on our fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, in the shop and out in the field at various locations, and will report to the VP of Operations over the shop and field.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct all assigned tasks in the best SAFETY manner.
  • Driving to the job site.
  • Inspecting Conveyors, Bases, Silos, and other equipment for proper performance.
  • Diagnose faults on equipment and electrical systems using computerized equipment.
  • Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts.
  • Repairing damaged equipment parts.
  • Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on equipment.
  • Cleaning and servicing assigned equipment.
  • Performing major repair work when necessary.
  • Consulting with other mechanics on smaller jobs.
  • Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to management.
  • Inspect and approve completed repairs.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with Customer & Company policies, procedures and applicable DOT regulations.
  • Review, record and retain proper maintenance records


  • High believer in SAFETY culture.
  • Valid Driver License with clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED. (Preferable)
  • Proven work experience as a Diesel, Heavy Equipment or Conveying Mechanic.

Equipment Operator

Summary Description

The Equipment Operator position consists of all job requirements involving the operation of a sand fleet to include the conveyor system and silo and the loading and unloading of the Sand Haul Trucks.  The position requires the hands-on operation of all sand fleet equipment, developing a familiarity with the bulk sand truck and the administration of sand fleet reporting functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Comply with all company safety rules and performs all duties in a safe and approved manner.
  • Comply with all known local, state, and federal laws and Regulations.
  • Unload bulk sand trucks efficiently and correctly providing legal weighs and proper product for current site standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all sand fleet equipment.
  • Refer to the site supervisor on all customer complaints.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.
  • Responsible for unloading bulk sand trucks, transferring of product into proper silos, sampling and testing of products received.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.


  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of the safe and proper operation of all sand fleet equipment, which includes but is not limited to mobile conveyors, yard transportation and silos.
  • Ability to stand for a long period, sitting, bending, twisting, and climbing
  • Ability to work at heights, in enclosed or confined spaces, near water, work around moving equipment and machinery and physically able to lift p to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear respirator and other required PPE.

Diesel Mechanic

Sand Revolution is currently looking for experienced Diesel Mechanics for our day & night shifts to keep up our level of commitment to safety and customer service. In this role, the successful candidate will perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards. They will also run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals. Midland Shop

Scheduled Day Shift - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Scheduled Night Shift - 7:00 pm to 7:00 am 

Kermit Shop

Scheduled Shift - 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

  • Perform minor and major repairs on trucks and trailers
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on freightliners, service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation, and oil changes
  • Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shop
  • Collaborate with repair team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs
  • Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks
  • Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on the vehicle


  • 4 years experience as a Diesel Mechanic
  • Excellent reading and writing skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • ASE Diesel Certification an asset
  • Bilingual a plus
