Advanced Silo System

Sand Revolution deploys a unique trans-load silo storage system that has proven to be more efficient than traditional methods. A key factor in the speed and efficiency of our system is a fleet of sand trailers with 27 ton capacity per trailer. The load capacity of our trucks lowers the risk by minimizing the number of trucks required on site.

Each of our silos is equipped with onsite quality control solutions that provide:

  • Corrective action procedures
  • Pre-sampling of silo bound materials
  • Inventory management.

Our silo system provides high-velocity loading of frac sand and can be easily calibrated onsite for efficiency and performance.

Sand Revolution’s silo units are built with LED displays that allow everybody onsite to view the proppant in each silo. Our proprietary software, Cedar Logistics, helps customers access real-time information about the proppant they need and already have onsite.
