CDL Drivers

Summary Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage Daily Operations of Fleet and Service Shop
  • Directly supervises Service Shop and Fleet department leadership.
  • Supervises Tool room and staff.
  • Coach staff and manage resources to achieve company goals in the areas of employee and customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Collaborates in the development and implementation of organization policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.
  • Responsible for leading all safety initiatives and is accountable for safety performance in the Service Shop and Fleet Department.

Field HSE Technician

Summary Description

The HSE Technician will be responsible for implementing and monitoring site specific HSE Initiatives. In addition to frac site location initiatives the Field HSE Tech will also be expected to conduct HSE Field Training Initiatives.

This position requires responsibility for HSE programs, risk management processes, applicable report writing, compliance auditing, training, program development, incident investigation, data trending and analysis, conducting safety meetings, providing site specific guidance for HSE related items, and additional assigned responsibilities as needed. This position will report directly to the HSE Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inspections, audits, assessments, safety meetings, equipment moves, pre-frac meetings, training.
  • Risk identification, analysis, and assessments.
  • Liaising with onsite customer safety leadership.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of HSE initiatives.
  • Develop a strong safety culture within our organization.
  • Provide direction, leadership, safety data interpretation, and technical assistance.
  • Inspection of jobsite PPE, and HSE related equipment (spill kits, extinguishers, uniforms, monitors).
  • Take a proactive approach to observing, coaching and correcting unsafe acts/conditions/at-risk behaviors.
  • Provide recommendations on maintaining the health, safety, and environmental conditions of work locations, maintenance & yard facilities.
  • Provide recommendations, insight, and experience for incident prevention initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, training, resources, leadership, and support to all employees.
  • Conduct incident investigations and enter into HSE management systems.
  • Assist employees with hazard and risk identification, behavior observations, and hazard hunts.
  • Coach employees on hazard identification cards and BBS programs.
  • Respond to incidents, medical visits, and on call schedules.

Inventory Specialist

Summary Description

Sand Revolution is looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our fast-growing team!

Schedule:

2 weeks on and 1 week off

7am - 7pm

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver merchandise to/from customers and vendors.
  • Assist shipping and receiving by checking and stocking parts and assisting with inventory counts.
  • Keep vehicle clean and presentable and conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operations.
  • Present a prfessional and dependable image for the Sand Revolution Team -Seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience by sharing customer insights and/or fdeedback with the Outside Parts Salesperson and the Pasrts Manager.
  • Strengthen customer relationships with prompt and courteous service through parts and driving related experience.
  • Maintain an active and valid driver's license and clean driving record while following all safety protocols and best practices required by law and compnay policy.

Qualifications

  • Basic tool knowledge.
  • Familiarity with a variety of tools and tool maintenance. -Capable of performing basic math and inventory skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. without difficulty or discomfort.
  • Education Preferred -High School or better.

Front End Loader

Summary Description

This position is responsible for operating the front-end loader: a straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage or processing areas, to feed conveyors, hoppers, or chutes, and to load trucks around the frac site or yard facility in an efficient manner while adhering to all established safety policies and procedures.

Schedule:

12 hour shifts

14 days on 7 days off

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibillities include but are not limited to:

  • Operate front-end loader in a safe and effective manner and follow all safety and company policies
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on the front-end loader to ensure safe and efficient operation. Notify the Shift Supervisor of any safety or maintenance problems immediately.
  • May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork and other documentation as needed
  • 3+ years of experience operating a Front-End Loader
  • Knowlede of loading and unloading bulk.
  • Properly follow all company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures.
  • Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with compnay policies.
  • Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to supervisor.
  • Clean equipment on a regular basis.
  • Operates a Loader to complete task such as move and/or transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other types of aggregate.
  • Push sand to keep the piles in the assigned area.
  • Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials.
  • May perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 Years Operating Experience Preferred.
  • Ony year of prior experience working at sites regulated by OSHA. Good customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous, and cooperative manner toward customers and co-workers; works witha a sense of honesty and trustworthiness and Billingual.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions.

Crew Transport Driver

Summary Description

As Crew Transport Driver you will be responsible for transporting crew members from the designated Man Camps to various job locations throughout the Permian Basin / West Texas area. On-time performance and great customer service are crucial with safety always being the top priority. Trip length and times vary depending on customer needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pick up and drop off crew members safely to their destinations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate in a timely manner with the Operations Team on trip requests.
  • Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items found to supervisor.
  • Promote and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Keep Transport Vehicle Clean
  • Ensure that Transport Vehicle is fueled up prior to leaving the man camp/location with Crew Members.
  • Report any issues with Crew Members to Operations Manager
  • Must be fully clothed with FR gear, H2S monitor, safety boots while on location in case of emergency. Must have Safety Glasses and Hard Hats as well.

Qualifications

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, CDL is not required.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Must have a qualifying Motor Vehicle Report (no more than 2 violations in the past 3 years - includes traffic violations/accidents etc.)

CNG Mechanic

Summary Description

Help manage a smooth transition of a major fleet from diesel to CNG dual fuel vehicles. Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting while helping other technicians learn the processes and technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Install new CNG technology on existing diesel vehicles
  • Assist with/train others to perform preventative maintenance (PMs), Safety inspections, and annual maintenance inspections on CNG / diesel dual fuel vehicles
  • Diagnose and quickly solve problems pertaining to the CNG technology on the vehicles while training customers mechanics to do the same
  • Work with the in-house diesel mechanics to create a streamlined, easy transition to new fuel technology on vehicles

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required
  • CSA FSI certification
  • NFPA 52 studied and trained
  • At least 1 year of automotive, diesel, or alternative fuel maintenance & repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education & experience
  • Mechanic's tool set
  • ASE certification preferred

Primary Job Duties and Responsiblities, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct all assigned tasks in the best SAFETY manner.

Equipment Operator

Summary Description

The Equipment Operator position consists of all job requirements involving the operation of a sand fleet to include the conveyor system and silo and the loading and unloading of the Sand Haul Trucks.  The position requires the hands-on operation of all sand fleet equipment, developing a familiarity with the bulk sand truck and the administration of sand fleet reporting functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Comply with all company safety rules and performs all duties in a safe and approved manner.
  • Comply with all known local, state, and federal laws and Regulations.
  • Unload bulk sand trucks efficiently and correctly providing legal weighs and proper product for current site standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all sand fleet equipment.
  • Refer to the site supervisor on all customer complaints.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.
  • Responsible for unloading bulk sand trucks, transferring of product into proper silos, sampling and testing of products received.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.

Qualifications

  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of the safe and proper operation of all sand fleet equipment, which includes but is not limited to mobile conveyors, yard transportation and silos.
  • Ability to stand for a long period, sitting, bending, twisting, and climbing
  • Ability to work at heights, in enclosed or confined spaces, near water, work around moving equipment and machinery and physically able to lift p to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear respirator and other required PPE.

In this role, the successful candidate will perform truck repair and maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards. They will also run diagnostics on vehicles and work closely with other team members to meet company goals.   • Perform minor and major repairs on trucks and trailers
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance on freightliners, service trucks, including inspection, tire rotation, and oil changes
  • Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shop
  • Collaborate with repair team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs
  • Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks
  • Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on the vehicle
