Summary Description

The Equipment Operator position consists of learning in all the job requirements involved with the operation of a sand fleet to include the conveyor system and silo. The position requires the hands-on operation of all sand feet equipment, developing a familiarity with the bulk sand truck and the administration of sand fleet reporting functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Comply with all company safety rules and performs all duties in a safe and approved manner.
  • Comply with all known local, state, and federal laws and Regulations.
  • Unload bulk sand trucks efficiently and correctly providing legal weighs and proper product for current site standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on all sand fleet equipment.
  • Refer to the site supervisor on all customer complaints.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.
  • Responsible for unloading bulk sand trucks, transferring of product into proper silos, sampling and testing of products received.
  • Assist at other sand fleet sites as required.
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of the safe and proper operation of all sand fleet equipment, which includes but is not limited to mobile conveyors, yard transportation and silos.
  • Ability to stand for a long period, sitting, bending, twisting, and climbing
  • Ability to work at heights, in enclosed or confined spaces, near water, work around moving equipment and machinery and physically able to lift p to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to wear respirator and other required PPE.
  • Must be courteous, professional, safe, and exhibit a professional attitude at all times while working with customers, fellow employees and the general public
  • Good telephone and interpersonal skills be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing with fellow employees, customers, sales, personnel, truck firms and suppliers
 

Field Equipment Mechanic

Summary Description

The Field Equipment Mechanic will support our transportation and Operations, on call and as scheduled, handling equipment repairs and general maintenance in the field. The Field Mechanic is an hourly position paying depending on experience with a rotating schedule of 9 days on duty and 3 days off duty.

Duties & Responsibilities

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Driving to the job site.
  • Inspecting Conveyors, Bases, Silos, and other equipment for proper performance.
  • Diagnosed faults and improper functioning of electronic equipment and electrical systems using computerized testing equipment.
  • Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts.
  • Repairing damaged equipment parts.
  • Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on equipment.
  • Cleaning and servicing machine attachments like conveyor tail, under bin belts, and jumping belts.
  • · Performing major repair work when necessary.
  • Consulting with other mechanics on smaller jobs.
  • Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to management.
  • Inspect and approve completed repairs.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with Customer & Company policies, procedures and applicable DOT regulations.
  • Review, record and retain proper maintenance records.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven work experience as a Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
  • Understanding of computer testing technologies.
  • Ability to lift to 75 lbs.
  • Knowledge of diesel engines and conveying equipment.
  • Ability to work after-hours if required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge on Hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to supervise and oversee maintenance on all equipment.
  • Ability to work with groups of people.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Experience in the inspections of completed repairs prior to returning into production, welding, and heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge of process for reviewing, recording, and retaining proper maintenance records.
  • Travel outside the WTX area.
  • Proficiency on Google Docs & Microsoft Office.
  • Have Tools.
  • 2 years oilfield experience.
  • Mechanic experience preferred.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Field Maintenance Supervisor

Summary Description

The Field Maintenance Supervisor manages the corrective maintenance to our equipment. FMS will be responsible for reviewing and training staff, also ensuring high levels of work quality, equipment performance, the upkeep and repair operations. The goal is to ensure that equipment performance is always at the highest levels, and in good and safe conditions. The FMS will reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Schedule and manage time off on field technicians.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to identify prevention and necessary maintenance.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and distribute work to technicians.
  • Supervise and train maintenance technicians, supervise and oversee maintenance on all equipment.
  • Supervise technicians during new parts installations, repairs, or any other maintenance.
  • Inspect and maintain service vehicles.
  • Contribute to the control of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
  • Participate in coordination of new projects or equipment upgrades.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, health, safety regulations

and OSHA guidelines.

Our Transportation and Operations are needing Truck Washers & Attendants for our fleet of trucks, heavy machinery, trailers, and various equipment.

Seeking organized and self-motivated individuals this position is set in a high paced working environment both indoors and outdoors as the workload indicates. Regular use of a heavy-duty pressure washer and various items for cab cleaning, applicants must also be able to work with a man lift in all capacities with safety best practices in place in accordance with OSHA.

Primary responsibilities will be washing fleet vehicles and Commercial Motor Vehicles of various sizes, Trailers, and more, along with clean-up, and general maintenance. Working Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to Noon. Must have Valid Drivers License
